Office of the Registrar

The Office of the Registrar can assist you in person at our front counter in Hardin South. For student privacy, please maintain at least a 6 foot distance from others who are being assisted. Assistance can also be provided via email communication during regular office hours at registrar@msutexas.edu. We also have a drop-box located outside of Hardin South, room 101 if you need to drop off any paperwork for our office. Thank you!

Beginning January 1, 2024, the university-assigned (my.msutexas.edu) email address will be required for students to receive all official email communication from Midwestern State University. Graduating Soon?

The deadline to apply for May 2024 graduation is February 12, 2024.
The deadline to apply for August 2024 graduation is June 24, 2024.
The deadline to apply for December 2024 graduation is September 23, 2024.
The deadline to apply for May 2025 is to be determined.
